I got a phone response from Beacon Capital, but with only a statement that they had looked into the matter. Neponset Preschool is owned by a retired police officer, so presumably that person is well aware of the Pax content.

You can convert Heath Properties to green status. They will continue to separately support the scholarship fund, and have just put a statement on their Facebook page about this.
